Westgate Apartments has partnered with ePremium Insurance to help provide an easy and budget-friendly renters insurance option for our residents! While you have the option to stay with your current insurance company, we highly suggest that you take advantage of the discounted rate offered by ePremium. As an added bonus, you will never have to worry if your current renters insurance is compliant with your lease agreement, we handle those details for you! Third Party Insurance

As outlined in section 13 of your lease agreement, all residents must obtain renters insurance with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage. If you choose to use any insurance company other than ePremium, you must provide proof of this insurance by uploading an electronic copy of your declaration page. It is also a requirement to list Westgate Apartments - P.O. Box 498067 Cincinnati, OH 45249 as an "Interested Party" on the Declaration page and that the insurance company will notify the community in the event of a cancellation or change in policy status.
